CANCELLATION POLICY

All new clients are required to have a card on file before booking! If you cancel your appointment/within 24 hours, you will be charged a 25% fee! If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let me know within 24 hours (I understand emergencies happen so please communicate with me, we can always reschedule. ) All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period & If you exceed this 15 minute grace period , your appointment may be subject to be rescheduled! Please message me if you are running late! If you no call/no-show your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee with the card on file! If you no call /no-show your appointment more than once, I will not accept any more appointments!
