CANCELLATION POLICY

All new clients are required to have a card on file before booking! If you cancel your appointment/within 24 hours, you will be charged a 25% fee! If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let me know within 24 hours (I understand emergencies happen so please communicate with me, we can always reschedule. ) All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period & If you exceed this 15 minute grace period , your appointment may be rescheduled! Please message me if you are running late! If you no call/no-show your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee with the card on file! I will not accept any more appointments without a deposit if you do no show your appointment. Adjustment policy: I always strive to make sure my clients are happy & taken care of! If for some reason, you’re not 100% happy with your color, I ask that you reach out to me within seven days of your service and I will be happy to make adjustments! If you reach out to me after that seven day window, I will still be happy to correct something, but you may be subject to pay a fee. Monetary refunds will not be given due to product cost & time spent on the service :) Thank you for booking & I am looking forward to seeing you & doing your hair!
